How does the free trial work?
During the free trial you can request for training to help you with initial setup for all account. Further training and connecting to API is available for Professional and Enterprise accounts.

What happen when trial ends?
At the end of the trial your data and setup remains intact however your account will be inactive and although you can see data you cannot receive new orders or take orders from your technicians app.
What kind of training or help am I given?
We help with initial setup of account if needed and we have links to video files which helps in initial setup. However, if you need help with setup from our support team you can fill up this form to setup appointment.
